No prior experience necessary.
Duties include performing medical malpractice intakes for new callers, preparing and sending out new client packets, following up with potential new clients, inputting data into case management systems/spreadsheets and maintaining a large case load.
Ideal candidates must be comfortable with talking on the phone for the majority of the day, have excellent communication skills and develop a great rapport with clients, be able to work in a fast paced and detail-oriented environment, and have experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
Shift is Monday-Friday, 8:
30 am-5:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
