- Answering phones - Scheduling and confirming appointments - Greeting patients, assisting new patients in filling out forms, and entering patient information into the scheduling software - Collecting and posting payments to patient accounts - Preparing and electronically submitting insurance claims - Tracking data by paying attention to numbers Characteristics:
