Production Planner / Scheduler
Primus Aerospace seeks an experienced Production Control Manager for our facility in Reisterstown, Maryland.

Responsibilities:
Review open sales orders to determine customer requirements.
Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow of material to meet production schedule.
Support purchasing of expedite suppliers purchase orders if required.
Utilize ERP system to auto-generate manufacturing work orders.
Release manufacturing work orders.
Coordinate material shortages.
Notify sales team of any schedule impacts for shipments.
Coordinate/expedite manufacturing builds to ensure schedules are achieved.
Completes status reports, such as production progress, customer information and materials inventory.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Performs other duties as required.
Education/Experience Required:
Bachelors degree or commensurate aerospace manufacturing experience.
5 plus years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment, with machining and assembly processes a plus.
Lean Six-Sigma certification with 3
years of hands-on, practical lean manufacturing management - with demonstrated results - strongly preferred.
Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities; takes initiative; proactive, communicative, holds others accountable.
