Some tasks include, but are not limited to:
Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Manage executives' calendar and set up meetings in Google Calendar Make travel and accommodation arrangements Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, text messages, Run personal errands Personal and Business calls Multitasker Proficient in G-Suite Hours may fluctuate slightly from day to day but will be 40 hrs/week total.

Availability to work in person is a must.
This is not a remote role.
You must have your own transportation.
It will sometimes be necessary for you to run errands.
Full-time availability Salary is negotiable and determinable upon experience.
