Overview Radcliffe Jewelers is looking to hire a Jewelry & Watch Sales Assistant.
The Jewelry & Watch Sales Assistant will be assisting two top-performing sales associates with their day-to-day functions, which includes scheduling appointments, communicating with clients, and following-up on sales and orders.
Major Duties &
Responsibilities:
Scheduling appointments, manage calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most time sensitive matters.
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings and complete tasks efficiently.
Communicating with clients in-person, over the phone, or via email.
Providing an exceptional client experience in a luxury environment.
Collaboratively work within a team environment to provide elevated customer service to our clients.
Qualifications/ Skills:
At least 2 years of previous experience in a customer facing position.
Strong interpersonal skills General knowledge, or interest, of jewelry and watches.
Must be able to multi-task while still providing exceptional customer service.
Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
Must be able to work retail hours including weekends and some holidays.
Excellent verbal and written communication while working within a team environment.
Proactive approach to problem solving Strong time-management, organized and detail oriented skills.
