Health Insurance 401K Tuition Reimbursement Employee Referral Bonus Resident Referral Bonus The Departmental Assistant has the opportunity to fulfill a variety of duties Greeting visitors and directing inquires Answering phones and accepting appropriate information or messages Receiving and distributing mail to appropriate personnel and residents Maintaining resident, employee and other business files Assisting the Business Office Manager with filing and onboarding new team members Making copies for a variety of departments Delivery of food services to each Cottage Assisting with setting and clearing tables/washing dishes Variety of housekeeping as necessary Assisting the Life Enrichment Director with conducting activities and programming with residents OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication skills.
Typing and knowledge in Microsoft Office products and use of Internet resources.
Ability to function as a team member.
Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff, residents, families, and the public.
