The administrative assistant will provide administrative support to the Health Home and Psychiatric Rehabilitation programs.
This position will work with both paper documents and electronic files, and do routine tasks like data entry, organization, cross-referencing, scanning, copying and retrieval.
In addition, the AA may help other employees find documents and files they are looking for, or help make sure that documents they are given are stored and labeled correctly for later use.
The AA must use PC based computer with Electronic Health Record and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
This position reports to the Health Home Director.
Hours are approximately 21 per week, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday; hours are flexible as long as they are between 8:
30 and 5:
00.
Required Education, Knowledge and Skill Abilities to Perform Essential Job Functions:
A high school diploma is required.
Excellent customer service and proper business telephone etiquette required.
Ability to work as a part of a team is essential.
This position requires ability to read and understand the English language.
Must be able to alphabetize documents, file accordingly, and have strong comprehension skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, follow verbal and/or written instructions, and be highly productive is required.
Knowledge of Microsoft systems and Electronic Health Records are preferred.
Additional training available as needed.
This job may require contact with the individuals served, and therefore requires an ability to respect individuals recovering from mental illness, understand their limitations and abilities.
Summary of Essential Functions, Responsibilities and Duties Sort and file sensitive documents in the correct chart and location.
Copy program documents and distribute in-person or by mail Scan documents into electronic files and/or Electronic Health Record Data gathering and entry into spreadsheets Assist in scheduling for client and staff meetings via Zoom or telephone Complete special projects as assigned by the deadlines Complete reports and assignments using WORD/EXCEL as assigned Utilize computer and phone systems for external/internal communication, and Time/Attendance on consistent, weekly basis Maintain organization of chart room Prepare new client charts and close charts as needed Facilitate and coordinate client meetings with Nurse Practitioner in person or via zoom.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
