The Activities Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day activities and personnel within your service area.
This position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents and families to guarantee their satisfaction.
Coordinate and deliver program services, including family programs, spiritual programs, and community outreach/volunteer programs.
Recruit, select, supervise, and develop program services staff.
Purchase programming supplies and equipment, and account for and track expenses.

Location 344 - Arden Courts, A ProMedica Memory Care Community - Pikesville, MD Educational Requirements BS or BA in Therauptic Recreation or related field with NCTRC certification preferred.
Position Requirements Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions.
Must successfully complete the required Alzheimer's training.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
